Reuters about Israel's bid for cheaper solar power. They plan to use these much more robust cells to harvest energy concentrated 1000x that of conventional cells. It's more of a new approach than a new idea, but you get the drift.
Fluff piece near as I can tell not much new. Concentrators are hardly "news"
