flexible solar cells
« on: June 04, 2008, 11:58:10 PM »
Japanese solar developers have made a solar house plant with thin film organic cells.

The only drawback against covering your walls with it would be combustion by-products if there was a fire. Otherwise it would make a great window awning or tint or vehicle roof covering (a solar convertible, maybe?). Maybe even a solar powered clothing.
