I'm going to contact BZ directly about this because whoever was assembling this should have stopped when they saw it didn't fit. The model is MPPT250HV
The plastic standoff on the power side is about 1/4 inch too short because of the main relay. The assembler tightened down the mount screw anyway and warped the board badly in two directions.
The controller worked correctly for 3 days. This morning it wouldn't come on. There is no display and the float LED is on.
