what the best beginner setup for grid tie
« on: September 11, 2005, 02:12:12 AM »
i live in prime wind territory of the Texas panhandle.

i am 33 and also have a solar radiant heated shop.

we have 1 acre but i was thinking of putting some 15' off the

peek of my shop roof. i like the six blade ebay models.

but i could make one too. i might buy more land and go big.

has anyone here used a generator from diesel/gas powered

unit.

is this unfeasible, why?

still learning

thanks Alex

could you use something like this if you could spin the turbine

at 3600rpm with a gear reduction?
