Have been following the discussion on the Lenz turbine, it could be suitable for my rather suburban location with close neighbours and turbulent wind conditions. Local building regulations are not liberal with high tower constructions.
Still there´s one thing to worry about, is the Lenz turbine noisier than the average horizontal windmill?
