The Associated Press

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho Blades on two turbines at the Wolverine Creek wind farm have snapped, forcing crews to shut them down for repairs.

Crews are working to repair each of the two-(m)million-dollar turbines. The farm just went into operation a month ago.

Project manager Manny Morrel says it's not yet known what caused the 122-foot blades to snap -- but it's being investigated.

The Wolverine Creek wind farm provides power to homes in Utah under a 20-year, 64-point-five-megawatt contract with Pacificorp.

Idaho Power spokesman Jeff Hymans says the repairs won't affect customers."

I wish I could show the picture with subscribing to the local paper digital version.

"Post Register Idaho Falls"

All I can say is-

At least mine does have "Furl"!

These blades look like they folded at 1/3 out from Tower.

"Less than a month after the farm went online, with 43 Turbines"
