After reading about their company from the following thread (Surf board like blades , revisited) on this site.
I sent an email to the company asking questions about their company and thier processes. They mailed the following back.
Hello George,
Our foam is not injected as it loses it's structural integrity in the
process. To tell more would be giving our IP away.
We are currently setting up manufacture in the US and if you contact us
in a
couple of months we may be of some assistance.
