While checking to see if I was on the latest Forbes Billionaire list, I was shocked to discover that China has a new solar power mogel, Zhengrong Shi, worth 2.2 billion. But even more astonishing is that India has a new billionaire, Tulsi Tanti who owns Asia's largest wind farm. Who would have thought that these fellow backyard tinkerers
would do so well.
