Peerless servo motor from Surplus Center?

Here is the link http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?UID=2007060816515522&catname=&qty=1&item=10-1672  It looks interesting, but what power is it really capable of?  Is the total output for a low voltage setup handicapped by the low 10 amp

current rating/wire size? i.e. can more power be extracted from it by upping the battery voltage...prop/shaft rpm to stay under the 10 amp charge current?  What prop size might be the best fit and why?
