Servo motor as a generator?

additional info said that it drew 10 amps as a motor.  



Would IT produce more power than an Ametek or modified auto alternator?  200-300 watts in a 25-30mph wind?  How about cut-in rpm or suitable prop size?  Is there enough info here to make an intelligent estimation?  Sorry about picture quality.
