Wow again!  

Now we can see why Flux keeps saying its best to have an emergency braking system! Hard to believe that a 4 million dollar 100 foot (?) diameter giant mill like that wouldn't have some kind of rpm sensor and an emergency brake.

Someone screwed up big time-- unless they were just testing it to the point of explosion or something. I couldn't find any statements about it there.
