Wind Tamer Turbine

saw this new type of turbine in the paper today, it's somewhat local to me.

very little info on its output and at what wind speeds, but there are claims of up to several KW.  3.5kw is the only one i can see actually referenced on their site.

somewhere on their site, it appears that they will cost in the neighborhood of $25k.

This is one design theory I was contemplating , I'm happy to see it in production.

Some solid numbers and specs. would be nice, but I have a feeling im just going to have to come up with those on my own.I'm up to the challenge.........
