« on: June 21, 2004, 02:16:58 PM »

Hey does anyone have any advice for a young lad lokin for free power. I read alot off the internet and im very confused about where i should start.

Im lookin to charge a dozen or so batteries so i can run my house if the power goes out, or completly run my house off wind power.

o and one more thing i read about a tail that turns the turbine out of the wind to protect it, what is it called and how is it made.

I would suggest you purchase Hugh Piggots book, study it and that will take care of most of the confusion and would be a good start. JB

Start out by reducing the amount of power that you are using right now. Another thing to know is that the power you will be making isn't Free, and in most cases will cost more than the power that you are already buying.

After you purchase Hugh Pigott's book, read this story http://www.fieldlines.com/comments/2003/7/21/9930/49372/4#4
