CQ Magazine...otherpower.
« on: June 27, 2004, 08:00:16 PM »
for CQ Magazine (http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com) about wind turbines and their use for portable and emergency amateur radio operations. The turbine featured in the magazine is a homebrew machine i built for last years Field Day event, held at Hortons Point lighthouse on the north shore of Long Island, New York. It is featured in the July issue on page 34 and mentions Otherpower.com and Scoraigwind.co.uk   Allthough I would have liked to write about the more technical aspect of things, it is basically an overview of the principal. But,...everybody here is pretty much familiar with that  lol  :-P

Just thought I would mention it.  Check it out.  :-)

DanB or Hugh, if you guys want a copy, let me know and Ill mail you one out...I mentioned both of you guys by name   :-)
