Hughs blades preform awesome!
« on: June 30, 2004, 04:49:51 PM »

For the last 2 weeks or so I have been building 3 new blades for the old genny that I just made a new core on. The blades are made exactly to spec according to Hugh's plans in the book. Up till now I tried every other type of blade but could not get into my head exactly how Hugh's blades looked and caused me great confusion.

However I gotta tell you, I put these blades on a hub and onto the old genny and was "startled, amazed" and in awe at how they preformed. They took off like a jet, so aerodynamic and fast, I could'nt believe it. So, Hugh if you are out their... THANKS! Your blade designs are awesome!!! (just a little hard to understand <<:~)

Genny producing 14.5 vdc at 8 amps I figure around 150-170 rpms, 14 kmh wind, 12 coils, star 3 phase. Yippy!!! I got me som powwwrrr...

Except no imitations!
