Thanks for the compliment, it's been alot of fun so far. Blade diameter is 12' and are laminated clear pine carved from the blade design program I think I got from Ed. The actual profile ( I don't know the class or name ) but has a flat bottom and is carved from Hugh's instructions. 3" drop at the root and twisted to just a few degrees at the tip, modified to a straight taper so the chord throughout is slightly wider and was designed from TSR 7 but is now probably closer to 6. It will be single phase, single rotor, 18 magnets / coils (those neos are tripled up) and preliminary bench testing with awg 16 wire @ 80 winds / coil shows 110 vac @ approx. 350 rpm. I plan to pre-heat water for now, the simpler the better. Plenty still to do, I hope to have it flying by the Fall. Thanks again, Dave B.
