Wish these deals was still around
« on: October 19, 2004, 10:04:30 PM »
Somtimes it feels like I can search for wind stuff for months and never see all the sites out there, I stumbled across the name Parris-Dunn, after a little bit more on him I found something I wanted to share.   http://www.wincharger.com/ads/index.htm

I'd like to know how that furling system works, also, does anyone know the benefits of the fins 90 in the middle of the blades?  Pretty nice tower for a 600 watt genny, i like it!

Lexx I found out those are air brakes, centrifical force causes them to open and divert air away from the blades, also they act as a flywhell to help stop vibration
