Here's a starting point.
Keep your magnets well out on the disc and try a test coil of 60 turns about 15mm thick. You should easily get 3 of your 1mm wire in hand, if there is lots of space see if you can squeeze 4 in.
If your cut in from the measured coil comes below 150 rpm you can reduce the turns a bit with more chance of 4 wires in hand.
If you measure ac volts on the test coil between both rotors you should get about 3.5v at 150 rpm.
This is for 9 coils 3 phase star connected. gap between rotors about 3/4"
This should suit the prop designs that Dan B used for the 10 ft machines or using Hugh's prop design spread sheet for tsr 7.
