It just came on the market, so I doubt anyone has had any experience with it yet. Selling it exclusively at Canadian Tire is an interesting dimension.
It sounds like a UPS for a household, but with some extra DC inputs if you want to charge off your RE. Not a bad idea, but not technically different from having one inverter and a separete charge controller - it's just all in the same box.
I would be very wary about thinking you can just plug this in, and when the power goes out - whoop - this thing picks up all the load. If you happen to have the stove and the dryer going when this happens, expect nothing but a prolonged brown-out before the lights go out. It is not sized to be a household backup power supply. It might work for a little cottage with little power usage in the first place.
As usual, it's good for what it's designed for. Don't push it farther than that.
