Hi.

I'm wondering what the tallest tower and pipe size anyone has installed, and what size turbine has gone on top?

I recall a 120', or maybe 40 meter, tower.  Might have been in Asia.

Seems like it was a 10 footer.

Has a 20 foot turbine of the breezy 5.5 style on a 140 foot tower

Here, http://www.greenenergyohio.org/page.cfm?pageId=472 is a nice pictoral of a Bergey excel on a 120' rohn SSV, but using a crane is cheating;)  Those SSV towers are mighty nice though.  I climbed and spent the night in a hammock on a 190 footer once.

WOOW.

120 feet tall for a ten footer, I wonder what the tower is made of? How heavy the turbine is?

I'm going to put one up 84 feet with 2.500" sch 40. With a 42 foot jin pole.
