Project = AC Generator driven by a Wind Turbine.
Contoller required to keep AC Generator at constant speed.
I intend to build a controller using processor controls with triacs to artifically increase and decrease the load so that the speed of the generator is kept at a constant chosen speed.
Has anybody any advice or knowledge of such a device as I do not wish to reinvent the wheel if it is not necessary.
The same controller could also be used to control hydro driven generators if the water supply was variable.
