relay shmeelay
« on: August 23, 2006, 01:18:40 AM »
Here's one for the electronic gurus.  I broke a friends solar driveway light, now I've got to fix it. Problem is that the relay that got damaged does not seem to be available anymore. I've spent hours looking and talking...digikey,allelectronics,mouser, etc..no one seems to carry it, or even have a suitable replacement. Any ideas?  Old busted relay #  NAiS  JZ1aFS-6V-TV....    I'm going crazy, any help would be greatly appreciated. Is/are there such thing as electronic junkyards?    Thanks,  David

I just have to know how you broke the relay without ruining the housing?

Somehow I knew someone would ask..the housing is also hurt, but I can fix that. I can't go into details. It's a self-incrimination thing.(^/^)  D
