re inverter dc voltage
« on: February 01, 2007, 10:35:18 PM »
i was woundering what poeple thughts were in regards to dc system voltages for the alternative power system with regards to running all loads thru a inverter

to me the higher the dc input voltage the better , but when you work the ohms law it does not show any differnce with current being relative to voltage and resistance

i know the question is how big is the system but with the higher dc busbar voltages

you get a higher fully charged level so the difference between fully charged and  say 80% depth of discharge is greater than with a smaller dc voltage system but same amp hour cap

am on the right track or not
