This will be the second time I have posted this Question and it seems to be gone the next day.(possible problem?)

 What is the best pump controller for solar heating?

Possible problem? Yes, but it exists between your keyboard and chair. This is like asking how long a piece of string is. Please elaborate and give some detail so you can get an answer. I am leaving this in hopes you give us some useful info so you can get an answer. Most of us do not have time to waste shooting in the dark to answer your question.

Few of us are clairvoyant. Those who seem to be also seem to dispense information that is usually worthless.

You may try giving enough information for a coherent answer. I will state proper design of a solar domestic water heater can eliminate the need for a pump controller. But, we don't know anything about your proposed system.
