Modifying a Fisher Paykel
« on: November 20, 2007, 06:55:07 PM »
Has anyone modified and rewound a Fisher Paykel?  I am planning to rewind one as a three-phase, high voltage generator.  I want to get 100v at 60 rpm.  I would like to change out the magnets with neodymiums.

Does anyone have any experience doing this?  If so, I would like to know what wire size, turns and magnets used.  If you used Neo's, where did you get them and what size?

Thanks
