Intel Research Seattle WISP/RFID Program
« on: February 09, 2009, 07:21:49 AM »
I put this under controls because there is some computing power in these chips. But its going to take someone smarter than me to figure out how to use it.

These guys are using WISPs (Wireless Identification and Sensing Platform) for energy harvesting. Pretty cool. Look under the heading WISP & RFID Technology, etc for all the info on what they are doing.

There is a way to apply for free RFIDs so you can conduct your own experiments at the bottom of the page. With a few stipulations of course.

WTF does this have to do with DIY, or RE for that matter? Exactly the kind of link whoring we need to ban.
