Can you be more specific on what pressure you are concerned about. On a standard residential boiler [non steam] internal pressure should be less than 25 psi. Gas pressure will be determined by your fuel type, LP is usually about 11inwc and NAT is usually about 14inwc the regulator should be stamped with the exact pressure. You would probably conserve more energy by installing a boiler mate and turning down the aquastat than removing a burner.
