bad news

   after a few years on the market now ge reallizes that there ecm motors brain

is ther bigest problem  a tec bulitin i received advised that ge will know sell

just the cntroll ckt  or the brain for the motor witch will make getting a good generator next to imposiable.  brain to fix motors is going to be around 120.00$

compared to close to 400$ for complete george

Are you saying that they will sell the Motor and the Brain seperatly ?

  as far as I know no just the brain but you could try and get the motor but

if they want 120$ for brain and 400$ for complete assambley that leaves about 280$

or so for motor george
