After years of teasing (I've bought two replacements before now and used them for other jobs) the light pull-switch in our toilet decided to finally give up the ghost, stuck in the 'on' position, well after sun-down.
Normally that would be a nuisance, not being able to see what I'm doing with the lighting circuit isolated, but luckily I have my 12V LED on the long lead that I tried as a night-light a few days ago. So changing the fitting (with the *third* replacement part!) was a doddle! B^>
(BTW, the other night light is doing fine too, not bright enough for this job, but still good for the dead of night.)
