Vintage Wincharger For sale - Unrestored

My father asked me post his Wincharger for sale. I know nothing about it's past history other than who owned it prior to dad. IIRC, it is a 1.5kw unit - unrestored - no blades. He isn't sure what it's worth (and I have no clue), so is entertaining offers. Looks very similar to this one:
