Where to get "Just" the runner? (Being a Turgo in this instince)

I have had misserable luck finding a plain simple bronze or ss turgo runner, every one seems to want to sell me the whole bloody system and not just the runner! well the guy has a system, but a 20 year old crude runner, I think he'll do much better with a modern one with more advanced design!

Would it stay together long enough to get an idea of whether your design was right, before going to all the expense of having one cast in metal?

I won't waste time with any thing other then metal, and I all ready know what the minimum is I can only gaine with a newer design.

I'm not casting them, I'm buying one all ready cast!

Create your own in wax or plastic and take it to a sculpture foundry and have them cast it in silicon bronze. Not sure of your location but most larger cities have someone who is doing bronze sculpture and typically casting silicon bronze in ceramic shell molds.

I got mine from Hartvigsen-Hydro. He has about any size you will need.

Ya thats what I was looking for, now I'm just going through his excell sheets and figuring out the ideal one.
