Dnix71, "That's insanely cheap. $1.185/watt delivered. I wonder what the catch is?"
I find that a bit odd that in the USA, panel prices are so dear??
I can land on a remote island tuv cec ul ( with ISO certs) approved panels for $1.00 a watt.... and thats without a haggle.
This involves a courier from warehouse to Melbourne (Victoria) wharves then shipped to Tasmania (Devonport) via a big ship, then courier to Bridport Tasmania, then a small ship to Flinders Island......takes a few weeks though...
I had expected you folks would do a whole lot better then me in these circumstances..... is this really as good as it gets over there?
Thinking about this now, a single panel would probably be more, but for 1kw and up this is usual.
