I was gluing magnets on with JB Weld and it quickly became obvious that it's magnetic. Due to that and the viscosity, I was having some trouble filling between the magnet and stainless steel band around the outside, so I switched to Devcon F-2 liquid. I have a lot of experience with the Devcon and liked that better. It's best to have a gap of several thousandths of an inch (.2mm) between the parts, so I mixed some sand blast media in the epoxy to maintain a gap between rotor and magnets. Some center punch marks on the rotor disc also worked.
I have pictures, but can't post due to the size restriction of this forum. What's the story on the size limit, I've never had re-size pictures for a forum before?
