Is it possible to get as much as a 2.6 v hysteresis from a ghurd lvd and if so how.

I don't think so it is a spot on shunt from what I can remember. You would have to ad another controller or UNO to switch in a resistor to get that

Ok thanks.I did find a post where ghurd did say not to go bellow a 1.8 resistor for the rx
