There are some pretty excellent electronic people on this forum.  Post a pic of the circuit board and maybe we can help you fix the one you have.

Bigrock, the control panel was separated from the rest of the wind machine during the owner's divorce (what???), so the deal doesn't come with a control panel at all. (the picture was not mine- just for visual description). (Kitestrings,  David Drummond, where are you?). A schematic would be great! And where would I find one of those?

Update as of 6/26/21- I used a Coleman Air 440 as a control box, ended up putting the Sencenbaugh wind generator on a Wincharger tower, and decided to go for a Jacobs 1800 watt short case instead....If anyone is interested in this brand new, 1979, run-for-a-week beauty, it's on the market for $3500.....
