Hello everyone, I am back!
i just want to inform every one that i have restarted my VAWT project with a twist.

after creating my Column VAWT design, i realized that i could not control the shake.

shortley after, i did loose control of it, i tried to rebuild it, but still same issue.

SO, i sat on it, and I had many though experiments unitll i got it.
i created a vawt that changes shape based on air speed.
it will compress so the blades will tilt away from the wind to slow it down.
I tapered the blades to maximize efficiency,

the way it shift from the wind is to have the lower disc rise up.
i am in the process of controlling the rise of disc.
3 options to control the rise and the rise is based on the future PMG VS RPM.
option#1 weight on lower disc
option#2 springs on my tube arms (you wll see it in vids)
option#3 a twist in my tube arms, so it struggles to go up but easy to drop, so far i am using the twist.

it took over 36 blade design to come up with the correct one.
I cant seem to be able to stop, i know by know i could have bought myself a very well done turbine, but where is the fun in that!, besides, i know most of you likes to see different approaches.

That certainly is a different one!
Are these free flowing? Or is there a PMG under that slice of wood?

at this time they are free wheeling, i do not have the specs i need to create the perfect pmg, or even find it off the shelf somewhere.
i8 need to establish the RPM vs EXTRACTING WATTS.

my plan is to have a high voltage pmg, i want to extract power starting at 180rpm

i will be using a wind Mppt controllers with 48vdc battery
the Mppt will receive 90vdc at 180rpm anything above that wil be converted to watts by push it in the battery at 50vdc
anyway, i still need to setup and test all that. at this time i want the VAWT design to be stable, so far it is.
