I am lookiing for ideas on how to wind stators such these examples right here. I think I may have the coils figured out, but placement ihas gotten me beat mentally.13692-0
Maybe a hand built jig of some sorts? Or is there anything I can buy that works?13693-1

Yes, I have a winder, I managed to find a NZ-1 winding machine with a counter that counts up to 1000.
Thats a really fat coil lol 1000...It would be soooo fat that I would have to bolt my winder on top of a stack of lumber so the
bobbin can spin.
But, that mould, or is it mold? errr stator coil placement jig, much better.
Is there anyone here that has made one and can share some wisdom?
