The following strike me as oversights, but I have no ready-to-hand information on the prices.

home heating oil (slightly different than #2 auto diesel)

Coal (some people (very few) still heat with coal here in the states.

Wood Pellets (maybe same as 'softwood chips?)

E85 motor fuel (85% ethanol)

Home heating natural gas  ($1.75/therm, delivered)

approximate prices in the eastern San Francisco Bay area:

Electricity - ~$0.12/Kwh

Reg. Gasoline- - ~$0.57/liter

HiOctane gasoline- $0.66/liter

Diesel -           $0.70/liter

Biodiesel-         not readily available commercially

Kerosene-          unknown

1 ton hardwood, delivered  ~$175/cord (seasoned and split)

cedar, cypress - you cut and haul it away --Not readily available

softwood chips-  approx $0.50/kilo for wood pellets

vegetable oil-  Varies- WVO often free, Food grade $2/liter and up

LPG-?              $2.75/gal. delivered

LNG-?              Unknown- usually only available from fleet fueling station

Electric Microvan-   no comparable model

Electric car Reva-   no comparable model

Harrier Hybrid-      no comparable model

Prius-               $25k and up, depending on how good a negotiator you are.

600cc 'Street Rocket' motorcyle -- $7000 out the door (~50mpg)

most of these prices will increase by as much as 25% in san francisco proper.
