Hello Andy, my name is Kelly. Its nice to make your acquaintance. That shop out there just has a little flash contacting the house. It is 4x4 square tube on 6 legs. The enclosed part right next to the house where I have my shop has a 2x6 sq tube supported 6" concrete slab. Poured my slab in 2x6 forms welded to the shop legs. With a wrap of 2x6 sq tube arount as wall support at about 6 Ft up the wall.
Well the house, its pier and beam. Kinda land isolated from the shop. Aside from that little flashing keeping water from running in. And its under an eave. Eaven with this outa line vibration I've had, There is no noise in the house.
I threw a blade a coupple of weeks ago. Actually a hub failed. The hub on the one in my shop in the pictures. It failed in a 50MPH wind. It hit the top of the metal shed at crazy RPM and bounced into a tree. I diddnt hear it happen. Stuck my head out the door and diddnt hear the whistling it makes at good rpm. Just wind. It was treed.
I've got a new billet aluminum hub I thought would be pristene, but I have had issues with it. I'm fixing to have things right, just a coupple more hoops to hump threw.
Be cool man, good luck with your projects.
