Complete Setup Help

Hi everyone Im new at this wind power project Im trying to design and hopefully build my self without trying to dig myself in a hole,lol

Anyone know how to build a charger controller and everything else that is needed to hook up two batteries the Electronics side  i already know about the turbine itself,,

In other words I need to know what electronics and parts I need to hook up from the turbine to the inverter,

So far I think I need:

1. turbine "generator"
   
2. charger controller " which will have a dummy dump "
   
3. blocking diode ( i think this thing is not to make the generator get its own power back from the batteries)
   
4. multimeter to keep track of the battery voltage and wind turbine output voltage.
   
5. inverter
   
   

I think this is all i need but would like some help from any of you experts out there.

PS: i aslo i know about the wind paths in my location,
