I have sent an e-mail twice to info@otherpower.com, from two different mail providers (hotmail and my "normal" ISP), but both times I received an error that the message could not be delivered. Is there a problem?

Anyway, this is my question:

Dear sir/madam,

Are you able/willing to ship orders to the Netherlands? How much would that cost?
