Low speed blades

Hello All;

   While checking some of my emails, this was sent to me by one of the many that I subscribe to.

It's a nice story about a little "twist" on the blades. Given the fact that there more places with low speed winds , this could be very usefull.

 I stumbled across that yesterday(home with the flu)while searching Sandia Labs for vawt info.
