It looks like an Entertech 1800 clone. Basically an induction grid tied machine.

I too wound say that it is a clone of the Enertech 1500/1800.  Based on the plans that I have it states it is capiable of:

output voltage: 115v

maxium line voltage: 135v

minimum voltage at machine: 110v

max generating current: 26 amps

start up: 8mph

shut down: 45 mph

survival: 100 mph

blade length: 80 inches

2hp induction motor

(11.3/1) helical gear box

hydraulic brake assembly

Hope this helps you out, Just bought the plans to see what it needs to build it and over time aquire the necessary freebe parts.  I do like the way they layed out the blade making procedure in the manual.  It uses a series of oversize airfoil templets that you slide over your 2x8 lumber.  Set your router to the proper depth and run the router over the wood and then you have the contour.  If all the pieces were made might take 1/2 hour to whip one out and then it's ready for sanding.  Hope this help you out and if there are any more questions feel free to ask.
