Can't find booster circuit viewed @ Otherpower (Help??)

Sorry for the post, but I viewed a circuit similar to what I created below in the last two weeks on Otherpower and now I can't seem to find it again.  The author had a photo of a box of misc electrical parts and a circuit schematic somewhat similar to what I have drawn below, but I can not remember the details of the circuit.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

We were passing gas about Doubler circuits .DamonHD posted that circuit from his page .

I think this is it .
