A Watt is a unit of work, often calculated as Volts-times-Amps.
When your charger takes 1.3 amps of current flow @ 110 VAC, it equals ~143 watts
When it provides 13.5 VDC @ 6 Amps it equals ~81 watts
Your charger is converting high volts/low amps, into lower volts/higher amps, with an apparent loss of 30ish Watts in the transition, usually realized as heat.
Every power conversion will suffer some losses.
