get some pipe "the gray conduit pipe seems to last longer"

48" should be the max, that might even be too much.

cut along stamped writing

at one end mesure over 4" and the other end 1" make line, cut.

mesure 4" form 1" side make line, cut.next thing ya know ya got a hole stack of 5

weigh them and grind then dowm to the lightest,

make them all the same.

and there you go.

i knew that weight watchers scale would come handy some day.

Hello

Please explane this again.

Make a mark for center at each end, start cut 4" from mark ? to the left? or counterclockwise?

cut to a mark 1" from center mark on same side, (counterclockwise)?

Anyway please explane because I'm a newby and am researching.

Thanks

After much trial and error.  Mostly error.

I wouldn't suggest much deviation from the one piece design angles, regardless of the blade diameter. Even with 3 or 5 or whatever blades.  There is always room for improvement, but those 'puppies' work pretty well as is. (pun intended)

Easy newbie blades. Even I can make them!

i think the one peace is out of my capability.

the hubs are 2 peace radiator fans.

ones off a  71 corn binder and the bigger one is a napa flex fan.

i didn't have a cammera when i did'em.

i'm making some pvc gennys for some friends in november,i'll take some pics as i go.

and try to explain my self better.
