Amp meter

This should work if your windmill saty under the ampmeter's maximum amps.

Yes it will, DC amps through the shunt is amps, assuming the shunt output is matched to the digital metre it will work.


You will need a regulated 5V DC power supply,  that may not be able to share a common ground, my LED metre can. Read the instructions well, also LED metres use much more power than LCD but have the advantage of being able to be seen in the dark, oh and they also are a great nite light.
